Winter will be upon us all too soon. We had a wonderful summer season at Whittington Woods. Visitors enjoyed our newly renovated and opened pool for the Memorial Day Weekend as well as the entire summer. Our renovations to the main bathhouse and shower facility seem to please everyone. We have received several positive comments regarding the addition of A/C and heat!!! We had the pleasure of meeting many camping clubs and groups this year as well as receiving reservations for next year. Some repeat customers and customers that were new to Whittington Woods who all enjoyed our new upgrades. If you or your group or club are looking for sites for next year contact us for availability and discounted group rates.
As you are traveling south for the winter please remember that our park is open year round and has full hookup sites available for the entire winter. We are easy access from the interstate, make three easy turns, with the third turn bringing you straight into the park. Our location is far enough off of the interstate so that you do not hear the noise of the interstate. You will enjoy a quiet and peaceful evening. Our rear pull thru sites were also remodeled this fall with each site now having hookups on the correct side. We look forward to meeting you this fall and winter, remember our bathhouses are heated, our wifi is free and we also have propane.
